The sweet, earthy notes of our Fig & Olive spread are complemented by creamy goat cheese, and a drizzle of Acacia Honey adds a hint of sweetness that takes this dish from simple to gourmet. Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of thick sourdough or multigrain bread (fresh or toasted)

  • 2 tablespoons Fig & Olive spread

  • 50g soft goat cheese or feta, crumbled

  • 1-2 tablespoons Acacia Honey

  • Fresh thyme or arugula for garnish (optional)

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional, to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread: Start by toasting the slices of sourdough or multigrain bread to your desired crispiness.
