Honey Nuts & Acacia Honey Parfait

Creamy, Crunchy & Naturally Sweet Parfait

A creamy, crunchy, and naturally sweet treat that works great as breakfast, dessert, or a midday pick-me-up! Packed with protein, fiber, and antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • ½ cup Honey Nuts (roughly chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons Acacia Honey
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • A few fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash the berries and pat them dry. Roughly chop the Honey Nuts mix.
  2. Sweeten Yogurt: In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of Acacia Honey into the Greek yogurt. Add cinnamon if using and stir well.
  3. Layer the Parfait:
    In a glass or jar, start with a spoonful of sweetened yogurt.
    Add a layer of berries.
    Sprinkle a layer of Honey Nuts.
    Repeat the layers until the glass is filled.
  4. Finish with a Drizzle: Top with a generous drizzle of the remaining Acacia Honey and a few more chopped Honey Nuts.
  5. Garnish: Add fresh mint leaves for a fresh pop (optional).
  6. Serve Immediately: Enjoy chilled!

Tips & Variations:

  • Make it tropical: Add sliced bananas, mango, or pineapple chunks.
  • For a dessert twist: Use flavored yogurt and add a layer of crushed graham crackers or granola.
  • Vegan option: Use coconut yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
