
Honey Nuts & Acacia Honey Parfait

Creamy, Crunchy & Naturally Sweet Parfait
A creamy, crunchy, and naturally sweet treat that works great as breakfast, dessert, or a midday pick-me-up! Packed with protein, fiber, and antioxidants.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- ½ cup Honey Nuts (roughly chopped)
- 3 tablespoons Acacia Honey
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- A few fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash the berries and pat them dry. Roughly chop the Honey Nuts mix.
- Sweeten Yogurt: In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of Acacia Honey into the Greek yogurt. Add cinnamon if using and stir well.

Layer the Parfait:
In a glass or jar, start with a spoonful of sweetened yogurt.
Add a layer of berries.
Sprinkle a layer of Honey Nuts.
Repeat the layers until the glass is filled. - Finish with a Drizzle: Top with a generous drizzle of the remaining Acacia Honey and a few more chopped Honey Nuts.
- Garnish: Add fresh mint leaves for a fresh pop (optional).
- Serve Immediately: Enjoy chilled!
