Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup Honey Nuts (finely chopped)

  • ¼ cup almond butter or peanut butter (your choice)

  • 2 tablespoons Acacia Honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the base: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and Honey Nuts mix.

  2. Add wet ingredients: Stir in the almond butter (or peanut butter), Acacia Honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  3. Adjust texture: If the mixture feels too dry, add a tablespoon of water or extra honey. If it’s too wet, add more oats.

  4. Roll into balls: Use your hands to roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

  5. Refrigerate: Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

  6. Store & Enjoy: Once firm, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
